Appointment Timing

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling depending on the session booked.

Deposits & Cancellations

All appointments require a $20 deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a deposit refund or transfer.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours that are not rescheduled will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Bridal and event appointment deposits may vary.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Future booking requests may be declined at the discretion of Bare and Bronzed LUXE.

Guests & Children

Bare and Bronzed LUXE operates from a home-based studio where space is limited to maintain comfort and safety.

• One guest is welcome to accompany you.
• One child may attend if childcare arrangements fall through.
• If additional guests or children need to attend, please reach out prior to your appointment so accommodations can be confirmed.

All guests should be communicated before arrival.

Preparation Responsibility

Proper skin preparation and aftercare are essential for optimal results. Bare and Bronzed LUXE is not responsible for uneven results caused by improper preparation, skincare products, or aftercare.

Payments

A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total.

Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and cash.

Cash payments are welcome; however, exact payment is appreciated as change may be limited.

Results Disclaimer

Spray tan results may vary based on individual skin type, preparation, lifestyle, and aftercare. Specific shade outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Studio Location

Bare and Bronzed LUXE operates from a private, home-based studio. Detailed arrival instructions are provided prior to your appointment. Please allow extra time when visiting for the first time.

Bridal & Event Appointments

Trial sessions are strongly recommended for weddings and special events to ensure desired results.

Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments with adequate development time prior to events. Bare and Bronzed LUXE is not responsible for timing concerns related to late bookings.

Right to Refuse Service

Bare and Bronzed LUXE reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to maintain client safety, comfort, or service quality.
